Carol Gilbert
client representative
Born in Gloucester and educated at Ribston Hall Grammar School for Girls, Carol enjoyed all aspects of school life especially netball.
Her working life began in July 1981 with Ecclesiastical where she joined the Financial Services department. Fortunately, she managed to carry on her love for netball during this time by playing in our very own netball team.
Carol’s long service combined with strong customer service skills and her dedication to our customers means she has expert knowledge of how we can best meet our customers needs.
For the last three years Carol has worked in the financial advice team at our head office in Gloucester. Here, she deals with customer queries, supports our advisers and ensures we deliver the best possible service.

In Carol’s spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her family.
